GymWorks Preston has a huge range of studio classes catering for all levels of fitness and experience led by some of the most amazing teachers in the North West. All of our classes are included in your monthly membership and you can take part in as many as you like each month at no extra cost.

FUNCTIONAL FIT

A high intensity, functional style class based in our functional area, using a wide range of functional equipment. The functional Fit class is to give you a full body work out resulting in more tone and definition.

CLUBBERCISE

Simple, fun dance fitness routines to club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits taught in a darkened room with disco lights. Clubbercise offers both high and low dance options which make it are great class for beginners and fitness fans alike. One class burns around 600 calories.

BODY PUMP

The original barbell workout to shape, tone and strengthen your body. Using low weight and high repetitions, this class will help achieve strength and introduce lean muscle conditioning.

BODY COMBAT

BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories* in a class. No experience needed. Release stress and feel like a champ!

SPIN

A high intensity group exercise class on a stationary bike focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery.

YOGA

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.

LBT

This class targets all the muscles from your core to your quads and your butt, using a mixture of free weights and bodyweight, this class will give you the results you want and tone your lower half exactly the way you want.

BOOTCAMP

NEVER Plateau! The body hates change! It would much rather do the same thing every minute of every day. Well we have news for you…when you do the same exercise routine day in and day out you stop seeing results or “plateau.” At Bootcamp we utilise the principle of muscle confusion. You will NEVER do the same workout twice! Why is this good? Because…your body will never adapt and you will never plateau! You will get results and they will come quick and continue to come…month after month after month.

RPM
RPM is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session.

With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding

GLUTE CAMP

If you’re looking to build and tone the Glutes of your dreams this is the class for you! A high intense weight workout targeting your lower body with a large emphasis on your Glutes!
